We do a full system evaluation on the unit when it comes in. Most of the time there is no charge for this service. The only time we charge is if the unit is a one-of-a-kind custom made or not recognized, off brand model that will take additional research by our lab technicians.

We repair boosters from Branson (all 2000X, 2000, 900, 800, and 400 series), Dukane (iQ, DPC, Auto-Plus, 4-Series), Herrmann, Telsonic, Crest, Mecasonic, and custom or off-brand boosters. If you have a booster from any U.S. or foreign manufacturer, we can almost certainly repair it.

The most common signs are no output or weak output, overload alarms on the power supply, contamination or heat at the mating surfaces, cracks or galling at the stud area, stripped threads, and frequency drift detected during stack tuning. Standard turnaround is under 2 weeks. Expedited repairs are available for line-down emergencies.

Yes. We stock fully refurbished boosters for same-day exchange on many Branson and Dukane models. This is often the right call when your booster is unrepairable, the OEM no longer supports it, or you can't afford downtime. Call us at 888.349.4638 to ask about specific part numbers.

A booster's gain ratio (1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2, 1:2.5, etc.) is the ratio of its input amplitude to its output amplitude. Branson boosters are color-coded by ratio: black, silver, gold, and green typically indicate different gain values. We do not modify a booster's gain ratio during repair (the ratio is a function of mass distribution that's set during manufacturing), but we can help you select the right ratio for your application or source a different one from inventory.
