Rochester Industrial Services, Inc. has set the benchmark for constant and never-ending improvement in AC Drive, DC Drive, Servo Drive, and Variable Frequency Drive repair, rebuilding, and refurbishing.  One method we've employed over the years is to continue purchasing and installing a variety of motors for our drive test benches.

We service everything from the smaller, fractional HP drives for single use applications to larger HP drives that maintain higher outputs for automated systems.  We have taken the extra step by obtaining and stocking those hard-to-get components, and have been successful in obtaining operator / installation / and service drawings for numerous drives.  As manufacturing facilities went out of business we purchased their surplus so many drives are currently available to replace a severely worn drive or for a new application.

Some of the manufacturers we can support include GE, Yaskawa, Okuma, and many others.  All drives are matched to a motor and bench tested in our drive repair shop before they are returned to the end user.

We don't make any assumptions or take any risks when we repair, rebuild, or refurbish AC/DC Drives, Servo Drives, or Variable Frequency Drives.  If we believe a component is questionable, we go ahead and replace it.  We have been able to maintain a warranty return rate of less than ONE PERCENT (<1%) on the AC Drives, DC Drives, Servo Drives, and Variable Frequency Drives we service.  At Rochester Industrial Services, our policy is that we fix them right the first time - It's that easy!
